Stuart Farquhar (born 15 March 1982 in Te Aroha, Thames Valley) is a male javelin thrower from New Zealand. He was the silver medallist in the men's javelin at the 2010 Commonwealth Games.
Farquhar has been New Zealand Javelin Champion for the last eight years. His personal best is 85.35 metres, achieved in February 2010 in Hamilton, New Zealand.
He finished sixth at the 2006 IAAF World Cup. In addition he competed at the 2004 Olympic Games without reaching the final. He has qualified for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, China.
